This enterprise software solutions provider struggled with developing and managing a prospect pipeline. Their high-ticket solutions are cutting edge and sold primarily to Fortune 500 companies. The competition is fierce. A typical sale includes software and services in the low $1m range, often making it necessary to engage across multiple divisions with several functional areas before a sale can occur. 

In order to win these complex deals, they need to meet senior executives and decision makers and build them into internal champions by helping them through the very complicated decision process. This involves routinely “touching” them by providing information, updating them on relevant events, inviting them to seminars and trade shows and engaging in meetings with the various members of the team for many months prior to a decision being made.  

LeadMinders worked with their prospects in the early stages and helped them get the information they needed to make a decision, we set up appointments and coordinated team meetings.  This early stage work differentiated our client as having a helpful, trustworthy and unique team.

An analytics consulting firm that provides strategic services to Fortune 500 companies realized that in order to achieve sustained growth, they needed to increase and improve their lead generation efforts. They sell into complicated vertical markets like Automotive OEMs, Distribution, Hospitality, Retail, Communications, Technology, etc. As a result, their sales cycle is long and complex.

Their target markets are very well-defined but there are many stakeholders involved in most of their deals, so it was imperative that they engage with many lines of business and very Senior Executives.  The problem was they lacked an accurate list of the right people and a way to consistently market to them.

LeadMinders built and maintains a list of targets and prospects to it for them. Being in Analytics the VP wanted to track metrics, analyze the results and be able to make adjustments to the program as needed. The results are outstanding and he couldn’t be happier.
